Transfer cPanel/WHM Accounts error: sshcmdpermissiondeny

If when transfer cpanel accounts from one to another server you get this error message:

to solve issue related to message with sshcmdpermissiondeny, you simply need to do force cPanel upgrade by issue command via ssh :

/scripts/upcp --force

And you are good to go and transfer your accounts
